During the spring and summer of 2021, PTB has continued its discussions with property owners who have property that may serve as a reasonable relocation site for the Burnside home and continue to engage in discussions with the City over the best ways to adaptively reuse it. With the DeNunzio Group (Burnside owner) having received recent approval for another large downtown redevelopment project, PTB will also be seeking to re-engage with the developer to see if a plan for reuse of the Burnside can be finalized.
